About this site

An independently run side project, not a publication. It is not affiliated with Nebius Group N.V., and takes no money from any company or broker named on it.

Why this exists

Every major finance site shows the same things for NBIS: a price, a chart, a trailing multiple. None of them answer the question people actually ask, which is what this would be worth if it traded like the companies it gets compared to. That is arithmetic anyone can do, but nobody had put it on one page. This site does that, shows its working, and states where the method breaks down.

What this site will not do

It does not make recommendations

No buy or sell ratings, no price targets, no verdict on whether NBIS is cheap or expensive. The tables show what a multiple implies. What to do with that is the reader's call, and depends on things this site knows nothing about.

It does not take money from anyone it covers

No sponsorship, no affiliate links to brokers, no paid placement. If that ever changes it will be disclosed on this page before it appears anywhere else on the site.

It does not hide its mistakes

Every figure carries an as-of date and a stated source so it can be checked. If something here is wrong, it gets corrected rather than quietly edited.

Corrections and contact

If a number on this site is wrong, say so: hello@nbisstock.com. Include the page and the figure. Corrections are made promptly and the as-of date updated.

What this site earns Nothing. No advertising, no sponsorship, no affiliate links, no paid placement. It exists because the calculation was missing, not as a business. If that ever changes, it will be stated here first.
